Networking and entrepreneurship are important aspects of the weekend. Wounded Wings
promotes organizations owned/managed by women and companies that provide service to
women and girls. We offer three marketing opportunities: gift bag marketing, vendor tables
and named sponsorship.
Gift Bag Sponsorship
Each of our guests receives a gift bag filled with items from our sponsors. We will distribute
business cards, flyers or other give-a-ways for our gift bag sponsors. Your promotional items
will be handed to least 200 people (as your supply allows). The cost for bag sponsorship is $20
per business or organization.
Vendor’s tables will be located through out the venue during the Zumba® Party and Women’s
Expo. Each vendor will be provided a table, tablecloth, and two chairs. Electrical supply may
be available on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibits must be set up 30 minutes prior to the
start of the event and torn down 30 minutes after the event. Vendor tables are $40 per event.
To be a named sponsor, an individual or organization must pledge $500 or the equivalents in
services/products. In exchange for their support, sponsors receive a prominent exhibit area at
the event as well as also receive onstage recognition. Sponsors will be listed in all event
advertisements as well as on Wounded Wing’s website. Sponsors may also provide additional
promotional material to be distributed to guests. Logo and payment must be received at least
two weeks prior to the event to be included in all promotions.
Payment and Additional Information
Sponsors and vendors will be listed on Wounded Wings website and in the event program.
Named sponsors will have prominent table and logo placement in addition to on stage
recognition at the luncheon and gala. Unless otherwise specified, payment and logo
information must be received 14 days before the event to secure placement.
